I have tried the automatic reinstall, but it searches the computer then asks if it can connect to the internet. When selecting Yes it briefly shows the search window then goes to the finish page saying 'The hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software.' I have also tried the manual option to no avail. I would try the CD-ROM option if I could find one for it. I have been looking on the internet for drivers but when finding a potential I have been running into walls by not being to transfer the data to a disk, to the Dimension 3000 not recognizing the file on the disk, to needing some sort of password to unzip a folder in the Dimension 3000. Since there have been no passwords set in the Dimension 3000 I have no idea what the password might be. So what does all of this tell you and what is your next idea?
