View your notifications on your Xbox One console to make sure you have enough space on your hard drive to install the content. Here’s how:

  1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, select Communication > Messages from Xbox Live.
  2. See if there are any notifications about low or unavailable hard drive space. Xbox One will alert you when you’re running low.

This doesn’t work i go to download any app in app store and press get then install but it has the wait sign for about 2 seconds and just says install and get. Solution 4: Check for a system update

To see if there’s an update available:

  1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
  2. Select System > Settings > System > Updates & downloads.
  3. If there are any updates, they’ll appear in the left menu. If not, you'll see 'No console update available.'

On my iPhone 4 I'm trying to download free apps and it the app store won't allow me to. It asked for my billing information. Which I don't understand since its free. But I put in the card number and it kept telling me invalid security code. When it was the correct code.So, I tried another card and same problem. This has been going on for about 3 weeks now and it's really starting to piss me off. Any suggestions or help! Please and thank you.

Try creating another Apple ID on iTunes and when it brings you to the billing info select the option for 'none'. That means there won't be any credit/debit cards on the account and no paypal. You'll get free apps. If that doesn't work, try restoring to iOS 5.1.1.
