Thanks for the reply! It's alright, other than this controller issue, Windows 10 works flawlessly for me.
As far as your suggestions here, I did method 1 first off. It said one thing was fixed, which was 'Hardware changes might not have been detected.' However, the problem still persists.
As far as method 2, I have tried all USB ports and different Micro USB cables as well. I meet the requirements as well. However, I couldn't do the part where it says 'You can use the Devices and Printers item to troubleshoot the controller.' The reason being is that the controller does not show up on the computer at all. I also reinstalled the drivers from Windows 7/8.1 with no luck. I uninstalled the driver that comes with Windows 10, however, it doesn't want to seem to come back. It did not work with that driver either, however.

The above issue might occur due to non-updated or incompatible device drives with Windows 10 OS installed on the computer.
Before we assist further, I would like to ask you a few questions:
- Did you make any recent system changes to the computer?
- Are you getting any error message or error code when the driver stopped?
